Footrid Cottage

We had an offer accepted in May 2024 on Footrid Cottage, Mamble but the survey showed problems with the external Northern retaining wall that runs the length of the property. We commissioned a structural engineers report which showed the wall had failed in several places and needed replacing.

Unfortunately we were unable to continue with the purchase.
